Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions of use for the mobile app "German Words & Idioms (CEFR A1–C1)" (the "App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. License

The developer grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

2. Prohibited Conduct

In using the App, you must not engage in any of the following acts.

• Copying, redistributing, modifying, or reverse-engineering the App or its included data
• Any act that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals
• Any act that interferes with the operation of the App

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Copyrights and other intellectual property rights relating to the App and its included vocabulary data, example sentences, design, and the like belong to the developer or the rightful rights holders.

4. Purchases and Refunds

The Premium features of the App are a one-time in-app purchase. The handling of purchases and refunds is governed by Apple's App Store policies. The developer does not provide individual refunds.

5. Learning Data

Learning data is stored on your device. The developer bears no responsibility for any loss of data resulting from deleting the App, resetting the device, or the like.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." While we strive for the accuracy and completeness of the included content, we do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, the developer bears no responsibility for any damages arising from use of the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

The developer may modify these Terms as necessary. The modified Terms take effect at the time they are posted on this page.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
